    1. Our Approach to Payment Security

    Grizzly Beam LLC ("Grizzly Beam," "we," "us," or "our") processes payments for its services through secure, established third-party payment processors and banking institutions. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. This page explains which payment methods we accept for services purchased through https://grizzlybeam.com/ (the "Website") or under an approved Estimate, and how payments are protected.

    2. Accepted Payment Methods

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • credit and debit cards, processed through Stripe;
    • ACH bank transfers; and
    • wire transfers.

    All payments are made in US dollars. We do not accept other payment methods unless agreed in writing.

    3. Card Payments

    • Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.
    • Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment forms and transmitted in encrypted form. They are not stored on our systems.
    • We never have access to your full card number or security code. We may see limited information, such as the card brand, the last four digits, and the payment status, for billing and record-keeping purposes.
    • Your card issuer may ask you to complete additional verification to confirm the payment.

    4. ACH Bank Transfers

    • ACH payments are processed through our payment processor or our bank.
    • Bank account details are handled by the processor or bank. We receive only the information needed to identify and record your payment.
    • Where you authorize recurring ACH payments for a Care Plan, you may cancel the authorization by cancelling the Care Plan in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

    5. Wire Transfers

    • Our banking details for wire transfers are provided only on official invoices issued by Grizzly Beam.
    • We will never change our banking details by email alone. If you receive a message asking you to send payment to different banking details, do not send any payment. Contact us at hello@grizzlybeam.com to verify the request before acting on it.
    • Always confirm that the beneficiary name on the invoice is Grizzly Beam LLC.

    6. Invoices and Payment Requests

    • Invoices and payment links are sent only from email addresses at the grizzlybeam.com domain or through our payment processor.
    • We will never ask you to provide full card details by email, phone, chat, or text message.
    • If you are unsure whether an invoice or payment request is genuine, contact us before making a payment.

    7. Website Security

    The Website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not collect payment card details through forms on the Website.

    8. Reporting a Concern

    If you notice a suspicious payment request, an unauthorized charge, or any other payment security concern, please contact us immediately at hello@grizzlybeam.com. Questions about refunds and payment disputes are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
