The right people

Someone ten minutes away is searching for what you do right now. We make sure your business is the one they find, and the one they call.

For most local searches, the map results are where the calls come from.

Be where your customers already look

Nobody browses for a plumber or a dentist. They search, look at the first few results, and call one of them. Local SEO is the work that gets you into those first few results when people in your area search for things like "plumber near me" or "family dentist in [city]".

We're also the team that builds and looks after your site. So when we find a problem, we fix it ourselves. It doesn't sit in a PDF waiting for someone else to get to it.

A local search shows people three things. You need to look good in all of them.

The map results

The businesses pinned on a map above the regular results. For most local searches, this is where the calls come from.

Your Google Business Profile

Hours, photos, reviews, services. People often see this before they ever see your website.

Your website

A page for each service and each area you cover, fast on a phone, and clear about what you do and where.

Why bother with local SEO?

Someone who finds you through a local search usually needs the job done soon. Those are some of the best leads you'll ever get. Over time they cost less than paid ads, and they keep coming after you stop paying for clicks.

It is slow, though. You're building something here, the same way you built your reputation offline.

  • Your spot in the map results
  • Rankings for "[service] in [city]" searches
  • Calls and direction requests from your Google profile
  • Visitors who are actually looking to hire
  • How the site works on a phone
  • How often AI tools mention you
  • Business details that match everywhere online
How we do it

Four places we go to work

Google Business Profile

We set your profile up properly, or clean up the one you have: categories, services, service areas, hours, photos. Then we give you an easy way to ask happy customers for reviews. And we answer every review that comes in, including the bad ones.

What to expect
  • Research into what people in your area type when they need you
  • A look at who ranks above you, and what they do differently
  • Fixes to speed, structure, and how the site works on phones
  • A cleaned-up Google profile and a simple review routine
  • Service and area pages written for people first
  • A monthly report in plain English: what moved, what didn't, what we're doing next

When people ask AI
who to call.

More and more people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI Overviews who to call. Those tools lean on businesses whose information is clear, consistent, and easy to read.

Most of that is the same work as local SEO. Clear service pages, matching business details, real reviews, and structured data help you in both places, so we build it in from day one.

More than one location?

If you run several locations or serve several cities, each one needs its own profile, its own page, and its own reviews. We set it up so that adding location number five is a small job, and you don't have to start over.

How it runs

Five phases, start to steady state

  1. 01

    Weeks 1 and 2: research

Keywords, competitors, a review of your profile and site, onboarding.

  2. 02

    Weeks 2 to 4: foundations

Speed, mobile, structure, redirects, schema, sitemap.

  3. 03

    Month 2: profile and pages

Google profile cleanup, service and area pages, on-page fixes.

  4. 04

Months 2 and 3: citations and reviews

Directory cleanup, and the review routine goes live.

  5. 05

    From then on: steady work

A monthly report, a monthly check-in, and ongoing improvements.

Local SEO usually takes three to six months to show clear movement. If someone promises you the top spot next month, ask them how. We'll show you what we did and what changed, every month.

Start with your own site

Send us your website and we'll send back a written teardown: how you show up locally, how you compare with the competitors above you, and what we'd fix first. It's yours to keep whether you hire us or not.

Straight answers

Local SEO, plainly explained

What's the difference between local and national SEO?

Local SEO is about searches tied to a place, like "roofer in Tampa". National SEO goes after searches with no place attached. Most of our clients serve one region, so we start local.

How long until I see results?

Usually three to six months before there's clear movement. It depends on your market and where you're starting from. Technical fixes sometimes help sooner.

Can you guarantee the top spot?

No. Nobody controls Google's rankings, and anyone who says they do is guessing. We control the work, and we'll report on it honestly.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

Yes. For local searches it can matter more than your website.

Do I need a new website first?

Not always. The free teardown will tell you whether your current site can be fixed or is holding you back.

Do I need to keep adding content?

Some. New, useful pages and regular profile updates help. We'll tell you how much is worth doing in your market. We won't write blog posts just to fill a calendar.

How does this connect to your care plans?

Our Performance care plan includes ongoing SEO work and a monthly report, for sites we've built. If we build your site, that's the simplest way to keep this going. See care plans →

Be the business people find first.

There's no trick to local SEO. It's a well-kept profile, clear pages, details that match, and someone doing the work every month. We do the work and tell you straight what's moving. That's it. That's the job.
